What’s your return policy?
Return any of our physical products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, none of our digital products can be returned after purchase.
How do I use your products? Will they work with my DAW?
Most of our products are virtual and downloadable. You will receive a .ZIP file containing your download and a license for the files you will receive. The files will work in every DAW that processes the .WAV format (FL Studio, Ableton, Cakewalk, Sonar, Cubase, Pro Tools, Logic, etc.) and the files can always be converted to another format by our team if your specific system doesn’t accept WAV.
